What is a Chukar ?

Someone, who shall remain nameless (me) - thought a Chukar was a rodent - uh...... that would be a "rock chuck" or "wood chuck", NOT a Chukar.
TVCC's mascot looks much tougher than this little game bird.

Where's Ontario, Oregon ?

Get on I-84 and head west, Ontario is 382 miles from Morgan Utah, 53 miles past Boise, just over the Snake River, You Can't miss it!

Off to college

Landon has been in Ontario Oregon, at Treasure Valley Community College since September 9th. He will be playing baseball for the Treasure Valley Chukars.

The first week was practice, practice, practice............ with an Alumni game on the 16th. Landon went 2 for 3, with a single and a double, and had a great defensive game behind the plate.

School started on Monday the 18th, and it's been a busy week for him that has passed quickly.

He'll be coming home for the weekend (23-24th) for Jake Blazzard and Josh Wilson's missionary farewells.
